Short version: the contact form is the only place this site collects anything about you, it goes to the two of us, and we delete it when you ask.

Who we are
Mannacore Systems is a software company operated by Nicolas Ferraz and Lucas Freitas. We are the ones who decide what happens to the information described here. Reach us athello@mannacoresystems.com.
What we collect
Two things, and nothing else.
1 · What you type into the contact form
- Name and email — required, because we have to answer you
- Company and phone — optional
- The workflow you describe
- Where you arrived from: the campaign tag in the link, or the referring page
- The country your request came from, read from a Cloudflare header. Not your IP address.
2 · Page views, counted without cookies
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookie and builds no profile.
- It records the page, the referrer, and coarse device and country data.
- It cannot follow you to another site, and neither can we.
This site stores nothing in your browser — no cookies, no local storage, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags.
Why we have it

Where it goes
- Supabase — a Postgres database, U.S. hosted. Leads are stored there.
- Resend — sends us the email that tells us you wrote.
- Cloudflare — serves this site and counts the page views.
That's the entire list. We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, and we don't hand it to advertisers. We don't feed it to a public AI model. Nobody outside the two of us and those three vendors sees it.
How long we keep it
- If we work together, for as long as the engagement runs and seven years after, because tax records require it.
- If we don't, two years — long enough for a conversation to restart on its own.
- Sooner, any time you ask.
What you can ask for
Write to hello@mannacoresystems.com and we'll do any of it within 30 days, for free:
- A copy of what we hold about you
- A correction
- Deletion
- An answer about how a specific thing is used
We don't sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms, so there is nothing to opt out of. If you're in the EU or the UK, the same rights apply and the same address handles them.
Security
- The site is served over HTTPS only.
- Form submissions travel to a Cloudflare function and are written with a key that only that function holds.
- The leads table refuses public reads. No key that reaches your browser can open it.
- Keys live in Cloudflare's encrypted environment. None of them are in the source code.
Children
This is a site for business owners. We don't collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects information we already hold gets an email to the address you gave us.
